Returns & Refunds

At Mini Maori, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

 If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at minimaori@outlook.com

We’ll ask for photos of the fault/damage so we can sort things quickly. Once approved, you can choose a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no extra cost.

Returns Process

  1. Email us at minimaori@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exclusions

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products or sale/clearance items (unless faulty).

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
