Processing Times

Orders are packed with care and sent within 2–3 business days of purchase.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Local Deliver (Caboolture South + 20km radius)

We offer local delivery for whānau within 20km of Caboolture South, QLD.

Local delivery fee: $5

Orders will be delivered within 2–4 business days of purchase. We’ll contact you to arrange delivery time.

Shipping within Australia

Free standard shipping: Orders over $100

Standard shipping: $7.50

Express shipping: $15

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for standard, 1–3 business days for express.

New Zealand Shipping

We happily ship to Aotearoa 🌿

Shipping is a flat rate of $17.50

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days.

International Shipping

At this stage, we offer Australia & New Zealand only.

If you’d like shipping elsewhere, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking

All orders (except local delivery) include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, sometimes delays can occur due to postal services, customs, or peak periods.

Mini Maori is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been lodged with the courier/postal service.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to resolve it. Please allow up to 10 business days for investigations.
